In order that I might stay dedicated, motivated, and excited about running, fitness, and marathon-training, I have dedicated a page to chronicling the journey. Here is where I will post my thoughts in regards to each and every day of training that I conduct. Will try to keep it short and punchy (as in, I will talk about the actual runs/workouts themselves and exclusively.) I’m considering maybe including my nutrition plans and intakes, but I’m trying to be done neurotically tracking my intake. So we’ll see.
